Not all pads are the same. The right pad depends on what you want to train.
Curved focus mitts
Larger, deeply curved mitts (like our CM-20) catch punches at a natural angle and absorb more power. Great for coaches holding long rounds and power combinations.
Compact focus mitts
Smaller, lighter mitts (CM-10) give a precise target for speed and accuracy drills and move quickly between angles.
Punch paddles
Flat, light paddles (CM-50) are ideal for fast reaction and speed work.
Kick shields
Kick shields such as the BC-4500 are for kicks, knees and heavy power shots in MMA and Muay Thai.
Which should I buy first?
Most coaches start with curved mitts for all-round use, then add compact mitts or paddles for speed.
