Which glove weight suits sparring?

16oz is the standard sparring weight. Choose 12oz-14oz for bag work and general training, and 6oz-10oz for pad speed work or smaller hands.

Why lace-up gloves?

The laces pull the wrist into a flat, even wrap for firm support, which is why lace-up is the traditional choice for sparring.

How do I keep the set looking new?

Wipe each piece with a soft dry cloth after sessions and air-dry it open. Black leather keeps its finish with very little effort.
