Refund & Return Policy

At Puncher Boxing, we stand by the quality of our gear. If you aren't satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help you get back in the ring.

1. The 15-Day Guarantee

You have 15 calendar days from the date of delivery to decide if your gear is the right fit. If 15 days have passed since your delivery, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

2. Conditions for Return

To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following criteria:

• The product must be undamaged and in the same condition that you received it.
• It must be in the original packaging.
• Items showing signs of heavy use, sweat, or wear (for hygiene reasons regarding gloves/wraps) cannot be returned.

3. Your Options: Refund or Replacement

Once we receive and inspect your returned parcel, you can choose one of the following two options:

• Full Refund: We will process a return of your money to your original method of payment.
• Replacement: We can send out a replacement product of the same value if you prefer an exchange.

4. How to Initiate a Return

To start a return, please contact our support team at support@puncherboxing.com with your order number and photos of the product condition. We will provide you with the return shipping address and instructions.
