Shipping Policy

Thank you for choosing PunchPro Boxing. We work hard to ensure your gear arrives quickly and safely so you can get back to training.

1. Processing Times

All orders are processed within 1–5 business days. Because our gear is made to order, this production window is when your item is actually crafted. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders (especially during new gear drops), shipments may be delayed by a few days. We will notify you via email if there is a significant delay.

2. Shipping Rates & Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Below are our standard delivery estimates:

3. Shipment Confirmation & Tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

4. Damaged or Lost Parcels

If your order arrives damaged, please contact the shipping carrier to file a claim, and let us know at the same time. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim, as carriers usually require photographic evidence.

Nothing in this section limits any consumer guarantee or remedy available to you under applicable Australian consumer law.

5. International Shipping

We ship worldwide, including to the United States, Canada, the United Kingdom, Europe, and Australia. Please note that your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. These charges are set by your local customs authority and are the responsibility of the customer.
