Most fit true to size and snug. Go half a size up if you have wide feet or wear thick socks.

Can I run in boxing shoes?

No – the thin sole is designed for the ring. Running outdoors wears the grip quickly.

Are boxing shoes worth it for beginners?

Yes. Better grip and ankle support make footwork easier and reduce the risk of rolling an ankle.
