NBNL Burgundy & Lime Green Lace-Up Boxing Gloves

An unusual pairing, and intentionally so. Deep burgundy against lime green isn't a combination you'll see on a rack of standard gym gloves, which is the point — in a shared kit space, yours are never in question.

Dark base, bright accent

There's a practical logic to this layout beyond looks. The burgundy body takes the wear and hides it; the lime accents sit on panels that see less contact. A pair built the other way round — bright body, dark trim — looks tired far faster.

Break-in note

Horsehair fill needs a few weeks of bag work to settle. Don't judge the fit on session one — these mould considerably as the padding compresses around your knuckles.

Choosing a closure

Lace-up gives the tightest, most even wrist tension — still what most coaches reach for. Velcro is the practical choice if you train solo and don't always have someone to tie you in.
