Shipping Policy – PunchPro Boxing
We ship boxing gloves, sparring sets, headgear, groin guards, boxing shoes and training equipment worldwide.
Processing time
Every order is checked, packed and dispatched within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding public holidays). Custom or personalised gear may need extra time — we will email you if your order needs longer.
Delivery time
Once dispatched, orders are delivered within 3–7 business days. Total time from order to delivery is usually 4–10 business days.

Shipping is charged once per order and shown at checkout before you pay.
Tracking
As soon as your order ships you will receive an email with a tracking number so you can follow your parcel to your door.
Customs, duties & taxes
International orders may be subject to import duties or taxes set by the destination country. Any charges shown at checkout are included in your payment; charges not collected at checkout are the responsibility of the customer.
Address accuracy
Please double-check your shipping address. We are not responsible for parcels delivered to an incorrect address entered at checkout. Contact us within 12 hours of ordering if you need to change your address.
Lost, delayed or damaged parcels
If your tracking has not updated for 7 days or your parcel arrives damaged, email punchboxingpro@gmail.com with your order number and photos, and we will make it right.
