Shipping Policy

Thank you for choosing Puncher Boxing. We work hard to ensure your gear arrives quickly and safely so you can get back to training.

1. Processing Times

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders (especially during new gear drops), shipments may be delayed by a few days. We will notify you via email if there is a significant delay.

2. Shipping Rates & Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Below are our standard delivery estimates:

3. Shipment Confirmation & Tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

4. Damages

Puncher Boxing is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.

5. International Shipping

We currently ship to [Insert Countries, e.g., USA, UK, Canada]. Please note that your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. Puncher Boxing is not responsible for these charges if they are applied.

Missing a Parcel?
If your tracking says "Delivered" but you haven't received your gear, please contact us at boxingpunchpro@gmail.com within 48 hours.
