+ 2. How long will it take to receive my order?
Total delivery time is typically 5 to 10 days. We take 1-3 days to carefully craft your order, and shipping takes an additional 4-7 days depending on your location.
+ 3. Are your products already in stock, or made to order?
Every single item at PunchPro is made to order. We don't pull items off a dusty warehouse shelf; we craft your gear fresh as soon as your order is placed to ensure the highest quality.
+ 4. Can I customize my gear with my name or logo?
Absolutely! Since everything is made to order, we specialize in custom branding. We can print your name, alias, or gym logo directly onto your gloves, trunks, or gear.
+ 5. How do I provide my custom name or branding details?
When adding an item to your cart, you will see a text box to enter your custom name or upload your logo. If you miss it, just send us an email immediately after placing your order with your order number.
+ 6. Will I get a tracking number for my shipment?
Yes. Once your gear finishes the 1-3 day production phase and is handed over to the courier, we will email you a tracking number so you can follow its 4-7 day journey to your doorstep.
+ 7. What if I made a spelling mistake on my custom name order?
Because production begins very quickly, please contact us within 12 hours of placing your order to correct any spelling mistakes. Once the printing process starts, we cannot change it.
+ 8. Do you offer bulk orders for boxing gyms?
Yes, we love outfitting gyms and fight teams! We can apply your custom club branding across multiple sets of gear. Contact us directly through our Contact Us page for bulk pricing.
+ 9. What is your return policy?
Because all of our items are custom-made to order with specific branding and names, we generally cannot accept returns for a change of mind. However, if there is a manufacturing defect, please reach out to us and we will make it right.
+ 10. How do I care for my custom printed gear?
To ensure your custom name and branding last as long as possible, wipe down your gear with a damp cloth after training and let it air dry. Avoid using harsh chemicals or leaving your gear in a hot, enclosed gym bag.
