Terms of Service – PunchPro Boxing

1. Overview

This website is operated by PunchPro Boxing ("we", "us", "our"). By visiting our store or buying from us you agree to these Terms of Service, together with our Shipping Policy, Return & Refund Policy and Privacy Policy.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least the age of majority in your country, or have permission from a parent or guardian, to place an order.

3. Products & colours

We make every effort to show product colours, materials and sizes accurately. Screens differ, so slight colour variation is possible. Leather is a natural material and small differences in grain are normal. Custom and personalised items are made to your specification – please check spelling and colours carefully before ordering.

4. Pricing & payment

All prices are listed in USD unless shown otherwise. Prices, promotions (including the Black Friday Sale) and product availability may change without notice. We reserve the right to cancel any order placed with an obvious pricing error and refund you in full.

5. Orders

We may limit or cancel quantities per person, household or order, and may refuse orders that appear fraudulent. If we cancel an order after payment, we will refund you in full.

6. Shipping & returns

Orders are processed in 1–3 business days and delivered in 3–7 business days. Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery, with return shipping paid by the customer. Full details are in our Shipping Policy and Return & Refund Policy.

7. Safe use

Boxing and combat sports carry a risk of injury. Our protective gear reduces but does not eliminate that risk. Always train under qualified supervision and choose the correct glove weight and size. PunchPro Boxing is not liable for injuries arising from training, sparring or competition.

8. Intellectual property

All original content on this site – text, graphics, logos and images – belongs to PunchPro Boxing or its licensors and may not be copied without permission. Third-party brand names belong to their respective owners.

9. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, PunchPro Boxing is not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it. Nothing in these terms limits your rights under applicable consumer law.

10. Changes

We may update these terms at any time. The version published on this page applies to your order.
