Focus Mitts & Punch Mitts

Focus mitts are the coach's tool. They let you build a fighter's timing, accuracy and combination work in a way the heavy bag can't, because the target moves and responds. Everything here is built for that job.

Compact vs standard

The compact curved mitts (CM-10 style) have a smaller striking face and less bulk, so a coach can move them faster between calls and the fighter has to be more precise. The larger curved mitts (CM-20 style) give a bigger target and more padding, which suits heavier punchers and longer pad rounds without beating up the holder's hands.

Why curved

A curved face catches a punch closer to its natural landing angle. That reduces the shock travelling into the holder's wrist and elbow, which matters if you're holding pads several hours a day, and it gives the fighter cleaner feedback on whether the knuckles landed square.

Build

Premium leather shell over multi-layer foam, with a secure hand closure and finger bar. Wipe down after sessions and air dry — pads absorb more sweat than gloves do and will hold odour if stored damp.
