Which glove weight should I pick?

Sets are available from 6oz to 16oz. Adults sparring should choose 14–16oz; juniors 6–10oz depending on age and weight. Full chart: boxing glove size chart.

What headgear size do I need?

Measure around your head just above the eyebrows. S 52–55 cm, M 55–58 cm, L 58–61 cm, XL 61–64 cm. More detail: how to measure for headgear.

What groin guard size do I need?

Choose by waist: S 66–76 cm, M 76–86 cm, L 86–97 cm, XL 97–107 cm.
